At Sync Health, we value your time and the time of our providers. To ensure we can offer high-quality, personalized care to all patients, we require a credit card on file at the time of booking for all appointments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
- If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your credit card will not be charged
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend your appointment (including telehealth appointments) without notice will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
- Repeated no-shows may require prepayment in full for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to respect other patients’ time.
- Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated may be treated as a same-day cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited.
Telehealth Appointments
- Telehealth appointments are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies.

Exceptions
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Sync Health on a case-by-case basis.
